How do we get out accounting computer to be on line in Team Viewer?

We just renewed our license and I can't access our accounting computer. It keeps telling me it is not on line. I can access the internet for news, weather, etc. , so I don't know what the problem is.

Is "Ready to connect" indicated on the computer's TeamViewer interface?
