updating remote-access password

Our IT Manage is no longer with the company, and I'm responsible for updating the access password to machines at 15 different locations.

I am not so familiar with TV; what password exactly do I need to update since we have two, and can they be updated remotely?

You are most probably referring to the unattended access password of your devices.
