Cant access account for invoicing, no possible way to contact support

Hello!

I am quite frustrated now, since I have spent a few workhours trying to wiggle my way to contact you. Since I cant open a ticket, because you need a login, and calling ended up with an english robot which obviously couldnt help me much.

Your portal is one of the least userfriendly systems I have ever seen. Anyways, over to the problem:

I have an invoice for my company [removed per Community Guidelines]- for Customer Account [removed per Community Guidelines].

But I cant login to process it or administrate the account, obviously its a former employee who has administrative rights on the account, and trying to check the invoice in the "Customer Section" never leads me further than this:

Thanks for your request. We sent the Customer Portal Activation Link to the following email address: [removed per Community Guidelines] (no one has access to this e-mail, basically I have tried contacting anyone starting with Ma and ending with EN in their name. )

So you could please help me with this? Or this invoice will never be processed.
