Hi i am having problem access to Customer Portal, when i login to the portal, a message pop up us to activation link, i proceed but require an invoice No, which i don't have the latest invoice no.

I am not happy with the services, My Account is going to expired soon, and i didn't know how can i make payment and i don't have the invoice No. and i didn't receive and emai from teamviewer that about renew on my account. if my account expired it will effected my work, if no sign of solution the last choice for me is switch to other solution.
