If have the following problem, if I connect from a Win10 Pro PC to my MacBookPro I get no sound.
I checked the options and the "sound and Musik" forwarding is activated on both team viewer clients in the options.
What can I do?
TeamViewer 15.21.4 for Mac OS.
I set up TeamViewer on both Macs, making sure that TeamViewer had access to the Microphone on both systems. I started a Remote Control session, and then started Audio and unmuted MY microphone. As soon as that was accomplished, the remote user could hear my voice.
However, nothing I tried in the course of 45 minutes would allow me to hear sound from their microphone. TeamViewer has access to their microphone in Security & Privacy. I turned up the level for their microphone in Sound. I also made sure in TeamViewer, Preferences, that audio input was set to Built-In Microphone on their Mac.
Likewise, in Speakers, both systems say Built-In Output.
They can hear me, I can't hear any sound from their microphone. There is a possibility that their microphone is muted, but I can't find any control to unmute it.
