I have a QuickSupport module that allows clients to initiate chat. The mdule automatically adds clients to a Group, and the default assignee is "Unassigned".
I have several employees with Full Control on the group where the clients are added.
The idea is that annyone can (hopefully) chat with the client and assign the case to itself.
The problem is that the chats that the clients innitiate, can only be seen by me on my Chat tab on teamviewer desktop client (Windows), but not by other employees, also on Windows. I believe the difference is that I am company administrator and owner of the module.
Linux Teamviewer doesn't even appear to have chat functionallity.
How can at least Windows employees see the chats that clients inititate?
