Why does nothing happen why I select Connect?

New to TeamViewer. What am I missing? I've added a computer, ID & password, select Connect and see nothing. Is there another step I'm not aware of? Thanks,

    Hello @KRF,

    You might have entered the wrong details. Try to establish a connection without adding that device to the Computer & Contacts list, to see if it works.

    It's pretty simple to establish a connection. You just need to insert the ID of the device you're trying to connect to, inside the Partner ID box, press Connect, and then you'll be asked for the password which is right underneath the ID.

    Thanks for your response Justin. I don't see that same Partner ID box. Here is a screen shot of the console I'm trying to connect from. Is this the problem?
