Credit reform sent me a bill of [removed per Community Guidelines], asking me to pay it, after my teamviewer license has expired.

This is the first time I am receiving a bill after using a software.

Could someone guide me, what is this bill for.

On my Teamviewer login page, it shows I have no current license, and my version is free.

What do I need to pay them for?

  • I have already created a ticket, and received no response.

This is the first time I am getting mails from a software company asking for money like this.

Plus the mail says that there will be legal proceedings in case I do not pay.

Could you please explain me what is this behavior, and what sort of customer feedback should I give to you.

The worst software services I have ever experienced in my life.

No software company has ever sent me mails like this asking for money, and saying that there will be legal proceedings if I do not pay in 10 days.
