Authentication Rejected

I have tried reboot my remote machine, I can see the login page of the Ubuntu (below image 1). However, when I tried to login, the connection suddenly stopped (below image 2).

After that, I can no longer connect to my remote machine (unless reboot, but I encounter the same issue). The interface is like below where I got "authentication rejected":

Also, please try to uninstall and re-install TeamViewer to help solve that issue.

Let me know if that problem persists or it got solved with the methods mentioned.
