QuickSupport does not work for Android.

Hello! I was trying to help my mum remotely but it did not work. I thought it was a 'user problem' LOL But today, I've tried to connect from PC to my Android, and although it says 'Remote Controle feature is active' in Advance settings, on the TV app on PC it says Mobile rejected my request to control the phone. All required permissions were given.

In both cases, I was able to chat, and on my mum's phone, I was even able to remove 2 apps, she had to confirm it, but the devices 'talked' at least. Even though the TV app said the request to uninstall the apps were denied.

On the phone, also, the only thing that appeared when the connection is made is the chat window; when closed, the session ends.

I can control my phone after running TV Host and signing it on my TV account, but not with QS.


Anyone had the same issue?

The
