TeamViewer User Activation Emails Blocked by Mimecast

Hi everyone.

New trial user on a TV Corporate license. Trying to get my techs to log in and activate.

After the initial trial subscription was activated using a generic email, and my personal account activated, none of my techs receive any activation emails. We have whitelisted the domain and checked MXToolbox and all seems good.

Any known issues that could stop the activation emails?

    TeamViewer records shows that all emails from TeamViewer have been rejected and bounced. We have whitelisted your TeamViewer account. Kindly try again to login and check whether the emails can be received this time, please also check spam folder if needed.
