We are having issues today with people launching our host connection for support. It shows them in our support list but either never connects (gives the allow button) or it gives the allow but lags and drops before we ever connect.
I have tried updated host software and had no issue connecting to the same computer using quick connect. This has been getting worse and worse and we rely heavily on this for support.
Is this a teamviewer server issue or is there something i can do to resolve this.
