TeamViewer will not connect.

Recently I had to replace my father's ZTE zMAX 2 with a phone that I bought at eBay. When I put TeamViewer on his phone for remote support it doesn't seem to want to connect I forget what the error message I am getting but it direct me to come to TeamViewer to get technical support on how to resolve the issue can anyone help me with this particular issue? It works perfectly on the original phone my father had.

    In order to assist you further, please reply this message with a screenshot of error message.

    Meanwhile please kindly to check you are using TeamViewer latest version on both remote and local devices. If there is a update, please update and try the connection.

    The first two screenshots are from the phone that I want to remote access. The last two screenshots are from my phone. I have checked both phones, both are using the most up-to-date software. Please advise
