Error connecting team viewers.

Whenever I use the team viewer, this error keeps occurring. Access another computer with a team viewer and bounce after about 30 seconds. Is there a way to solve this error?

    Hi @jaeyeon,

    Please kindly to uninstall and reinstall TeamViewer application.

    Regarding how to uninstall TeamViewer application, please check the knowledge article from here.

    And also please confirm that downloaded TeamViewer version is compatible with supported operating systems.
