Dear all

can you help me to understand how to create the custom link QS for Linux, please?

I create in the management console the QS custom, but when I try to run the link in the machine Linux, the download is .exe (only windows).

Where I wronge the configurations?

Hello @aruscitti,

TeamViewer QuickSupport for Linux is only available for TeamViewer version 11, find more information underneath Environment here:

In order to actually create a customized module for TeamViewer version 11, just put /v11/ between your generated ID at the end. Meaning, your link will look something like this: https://get.teamviewer/v11/1A2B3C
