Group Delection

Hello guys.

I need to delete old groups, but I have to delete all the contacts/computers from the group first to be able to remove the group.

I have many computers, it is not productive to do that.

Any solution? :-)

Thank you for contacting TeamViewer Community.

It is possible to delete a bulk of contacts and computers in 2 ways.

First method is using API.

Regarding this, please kindly to check the knowledge article - Delete a group from your Computers and Contacts using API.

Secand method : If you prefer to conduct it without scripts, please try the following process below.

1. Create a new account
2. Log into the new account and create a "TRASH group
3. Share that group from the newly created account with "full control" to the account with the items you want to delete
4. Log into the original account and move the devices you want to delete into this group
5. Delete the new account.
