Teamviewer not auto updating

Hi all
We deploy a personalized teamviewer host for a lot of computers all around the world; but this happens in the not-personalized too
We configure the AutoUpdate - All updates (Weekly), but the computers are not auto-updating
Now when I connect to a device it shows the "ensure both ends are using the latest version of Teamviewer"
Is there a way to force the auto-update in this teamviewers?

I have a personalized Teamviewer Host that is downloaded from get.teamviewer.com/[xxxxxxxxxx] and installed by double click in the .exe
