Log on to Windows

Good afternoon

When I log out of windows or change user, from my remote PC it shows teamviewer is offline. Is there a setting I need to change this so I am able to log onto the PC via the windows login

Please ensure that Full Access control when a partner is connecting to the Windows logon screen is checked in the remote device's Advanced TeamViewer settings:
