Why is password ****
Hi,
We used teamviewer 9 in my company before
Now we have upgraded to teamviewer 15
Before the user could see the 4 digit password
Now it is only 4 stars
So user can only give his partnerid and no password to me...
How can the user that I should help via Teamviewer sees his password?

Hello @macca7007,
If users see 4 stars it means that you have set up a QuickSupport with a predefined password.
But don't worry! You can change it back to a random password :
1) Access your Management Console
2) Go to Design and deploy
3) In the Custom modules list, find your QuickSupport and click Edit
4) Select the Use a random password setting and choose how many digits the password should have.
(4 digits are not available anymore, due to security reasons)
5) Click Save.
Next time your users will open the link of your custom QuickSupport, they will be able to see a random password, as it was before! 🤓
