Problem remote connection with Teamviewer

Options

Hello,

I have a problem when I connect remotely with teamviewer on a PC,

I have the following message :

Translation : No connection to partner !

The partner is not connected to the router.

Error code : WaitForConnectFailed.

=> For information, I have internet on the PC, with wi-fi.

And Teamviewer tells me that the PC is online.

    Hello @rems214,

This looks like a bug on the remote side.

Please restart the TeamViewer service on the remote side.

I hope you can ask someone to do it... 🍀

After the service restart, you should be able to connect again. 😊

Maybe you could check if the ports are correctly set up within the networks of your computers.

Please find here all the relevant information regarding ports:

The important point here is that you check if port 5938 is open.

    Hello,

I saw your article but I didn't see where is it necessary to check that the port 5938 is good ?

As it is outside the TeamViewer frame, I cannot suggest any website, but a quick google search like "checking ports on windows 10" will help you to find out how to proceed. 😊
