Debian - Device is offline at different subnet

Hi,
I'm using teamviewer-host_14.7.1965_armhf.deb installed on Debian.
I can connect to the remote controller easily when it is connected to 10.16.1.x. network.
When I connect the same device to 10.16.8.x network, I see the remote computer as offline always.
I have the same host with the same Linux and Teamviewer installed on different host that works fine with all networks , the only different is that the host that doesn't work, have "access point" and modem configured.
What can cause this problem?
