Connection in new location

One of my computers (a laptop) who I normally connect with is currently in a different location from normal and although is connected to the internet, is unable to register as online and connectable. Is there something different I need to do to accommodate this situation?

For TeamViewer to work properly, it requires access to all TeamViewer servers.

Please kindly check the Internet environment from the knowledge article - Which ports are used by TeamViewer?
