I need to speak to support about a license issue but keep getting redirected.
I currently trying to contact support regarding our account. When activating the account it says our license has already been taken. So, when speaking to support or trying to raise a ticket, I keep getting redirected to the "Community". How the **bleep** am I supposed to reach anyone who will answer my questions and actually help me.
This support system is totally ridiculous and can't imagine how frustrating it is for some users. Once I finally get hold of someone to remedy our problem of not having a license I can activate I will be cancelling the contract and going with another company.. infuriating!

We are sorry to hear of your negative experience with TeamViewer.
The reason you are redirected to the Community when trying to access the ticket portal is a because a licensed account is required in order to submit a ticket.
If you are having an issue with license activation, please contact support via the phone. You may find local numbers here.
Alternatively, if you would like to send me a Private Message containing the email address associated with the purchase, I am happy to create a ticket for you instead.
