2 Accounts , same pc

Hi, some times I need to login in teamviewer with a professional licensed account , but how before in the pc i have used my personal account, always the program show "free license", and apply all the restricitions. If i init session whith professional email, it not made difference. There is some solution?

If your professional licensed account shows "free licence", I would guess that maybe the license dropped off your account and need to be reactivated. Did you try to activate it again?
