Can not connect to remote client

I can not connect to remote partner. On remote PC I am connected I can see cursor is moving but on my PC I only see "connecting screen". I've tried to restart TeamViewer app, install all Windows updates, reboot computer and the problem persists. I use Windows 11 and last build of TeamViewer.
