It would be fantastic to get a remote command line through TeamViewer without interrupting the person we're connecting to.

This is a common need for me. I often find that I just want to do a file search, or perform some other file-based action on a host without disturbing another active user. I know that I can use 'File Transfer' if I'm moving a file between machines, but there's often other information I need first before doing so.

    Hello @CrossCompany and @Rick_W,

You can do this with TeamViewer using our Access the command prompt via Remote terminal connection functionality.

Instead of connecting to the remote user and interrupting their workflow, you can simply access their remote terminal and execute command lines remotely.

    All the best,
