Patch deployment & monitoring issues

We've had issues with elements of asset management - initially when deploying a patch the 'deploy' icon does not trigger any installations - if we made it past this issue there would be no updates afterward.

In the last couple days we've had a new issue where we would get updates for patches we had not installed to devices in the first place.

Has anyone has similar issues?
