Eventually managed to get through to someone who managed to resolve my issue.
Why doesnt Teamviewer consider charging for support if its not part of the Remote license? This way they make more revenue and customers can get problems fixed quickly without having to spend time finding a related community post.
Here is a real opportunity for Teamviewer to create happy customers whilst also creating jobs that can support a whole bunch of diverse global communities
I totally agree with @J9Iknox....support number in Australia does nothing.
