Database error when attempting to Grant East Access
When checking the Grant Easy Access checkbox I get this error. Running latest version on Windows 11. Anyone have any ideas on how to solve?

I am also having this problem, installed TeamViewer for Windows 10 today and trying to link to my account; having issues. Tried reinstalling TeamView / temporarily disabling firewall / connecting through the web interface, but I keep getting the same Database error message.
I have confirmed I can control other computers with TeamViewer installed, and I can control the computer in question by connecting through the session id and by using the "Nearby" feature, just seems like the feature for enabling Easy Access is broken right now.
Maybe it's something wrong on TeamViewer's side? Only a free user so don't think I'm able to contact customer support about it.

I was having this error, and variants of it when trying to add a new machine via the website instead, but it seems to be working properly again now.
