Asset Management Tool - Additional Fields?
I am currently evaluating the remote monitoring and asset management tool for our charity. We already use TV for remote support, but are looking for an improved asset management tool to keep track of around 200 devices.
I can't see anywhere to be able to add a field to the list of assets - for example in addition to the auto discovered details we need to be able to record manually entered things like an asset ID, serial number, custodian, location, purchase date etc etc.
Is this possible? It seems incredibly short sighted if it isn't, and renders the tool pretty useless for any enterprise level users.
I am aware there is a notes section, but this wouldn't allow sorting and searching effectively in generated reports.
