The screen cannot be captured at the moment. This is probably due to fast user switching or a disconnected/minimized remote desktop session

Looks like you experience a disconnection when being connected to a user session in a Windows server setup. I am linking this article here that will give you some more information about fast user switching:

There are basically two IDs you can connect to on a Windows server: The User ID and the Server ID.
For me, it looks like you are connected to a User ID. Am I right? Has the RDP session been minimized or was there a user change? --> Then, you get the message you posted above.
