Using a MAC to take control

When I try to take control with my MAC, it seems to want to save the file and I can't see it to open. Is there a setting I need to change with the MAC so this file opens or doesn't try to save without me seeing it. The Team Viewer connectection is established with a PC-PC and it works without issue. TIA

By default, all internet downloads on a MAC go to the downloads folder. To access TeamViewer you would need to locate it in  your downloads or applications folder and launch it from there.

Once you have launched TeamViewer you should see the icon in your dock. You can right click on the TeamViewer icon and select options>keep in dock, that way whenever you start your computer you will see the TeamViewer icon an can open it from your dock.
