How to enable Teamviewer Universal Add-On accessibility service with a working profile?
Hello everyone,
I am configuring the deployment of TeamViewer Host + TeamViewer Universal Add-On with Intune.
Both applications are installed (phot 1).
The problem concerns the activation of the Universal Add-On in access services (photo 2).
When I click on "Enable", I arrive in the accessibility menu with the following message (photo 3).
And in the access settings, the category "Downloaded services" does not appear (photo 4 and 5).
If I can’t activate this setting, I can’t have remote control on the phone.
Do you have any solutions to enable this feature? Or other solutions to get around the problem?

Same issue here in our enterprise environment. I've been talking to TeamViewer support and will update this comment if they are able to provide me with a solution.
