Add On Download failed

Hi,
My problem is a new Android 10 Smartphone was not get a right add on.
I would like to administrate a smartphone in another country with one App.
Now I install on this phone TV Host.
I have a Account to connect to this phone.
I gave All trust to this phone. Now I push Button to connect.
My own phone says, on Host must install add on. I see it on another phone, it will be install, but download pile blinking short. After 1-2 minutes message follow download failed. In my oppinien, it does not find right add on. Hope we find a solution. Host phone is new. And would be installed in my Summerhouse. I need it to control my Smarthome connect in this wifi
