I installed teamviewer on laptop but cannot cannot to remote machine

This is the message I get. I am at the place where I am trying to connect and the other machine is up and running. Teamviewer is running also on my laptop.
Here is the message I get when I am trying to connect to remote machine. I am at the site.
Either your partner is not connected to the internet or teamviewer is not running. Please tell you
