There is no communication between ElCapitan and Mohave via the suggested version for El Capitan (V15.2)

You seem to have an issue when connection from a Mac that has ElCaptian and another Mac that has Mojave.
Could you please tell us a little more about the issue you are having?
Maybe sharing a screenshot or an error message would help us to understand why you can't connect?
