how to reset
my access remote computer was have been 3 times to add for one account [removed per Community Guidelines] (as my employee , name dewi) with one/same device , so TV denied for me to add again.
could TV reset my access remote from server (or system) ?
so , I can granted for easy access directly to this account [removed per Community Guidelines] again.
pls , help me to solve this problem.

Resetting your license moves is not something we can directly do here in the Community.
The best way for you is to ask our customer support via ticket to reset the moves for you:
