Hello Team,
First of all I'd like to mentioned I had worst experience with Teamviewer Support and the way You guys treat Your Customers.
Next is I need a solution of my issue on urgent basis.
I had issues with Teamviewer license usage and Support respond me after weeks regarding my issues and even didn't fix that.
2nd is I had my Annual renewal (Automatically) which I don't need I let Your Support team, they said open the support ticket for cancellation.
I buy license for single user which was done with my Private email for private use.
When I went to create support ticket its not possible because You can't open it until You have business email ; as I'm private user and my account is with Private email how can I provide a business email just to create a ticket and cancel my subscription.
Next is Your support didn't help to fix this issue.
Now I'm trying to reach You guys via Chat or email no one response.
I just had a quick chat when I mentioned my issue Your support person left the chat instead helping me or direct me to right team or provide me any contact info what kind of behavior is this ?
do You think with this behavior You guys are gonna get more and more clients.
I only need a solution of my issue, I WILL NOT CONTINUE with Your license, its Your fault I can't able to create the Support ticket, so cancel my subscription and I am not going to pay anything for this kind of bad service.
