Outbound connection logs

We are doing an audit of the outbound connection logs. We use the enterprise version of TV. We have a tech who does not connect through the TV portal - rather uses his assigned workstation. Would his connections be logged in the portal / management console? The workstation being used only shows incoming connection logs.
