Now every week my remote computer ask for new password .How can we change the settings so that same password is valid for more than three or six month as calling office every week for the password is a hassle.

Considering what you mentioned above, the settings for personal passwords would be helpful.
By initial settings on the target remote device, you can use the same passwords for the remote sessions.
You can find this setting on the TeamViewer application -> Gear icon (⚙) in the upper right corner -> Advanced --> Advanced settings for connections to this computer --> Personal Password.
Alternatively, if you prefer to not use passwords, you can use Grant Easy Access settings.
This setting allows a remote session without passwords as long as you are using the same TeamViewer account credentials for both sign-in on the local device and account assignment on the remote device. Therefore, you can disable password settings.
Moreover, in order to increase the security, we recommend Grant Easy Access with 2FA configuration on your TeamViewer account!

And of course✨The below steps are for the Grant Easy Access settings, could you try the following procedures on the target remote device, please?
1)For Easy Access settings, the account assignment is required, so please input your TeamViewer account credential in the settings: Gear icon (⚙) -> Security -> click the Configure... button. The Assign to account dialog box will open, please enter your TeamViewer account information and click the Assign button to save the settings.
2)After the account assignment, navigate to Gear icon (⚙) -> Security -> Grant Easy Access, and please check the box for easy access.
These are the Grant Easy Access settings on the remote device!!
After completing the settings above, please move to the local device and check the remote device entry on the Computers and Partner tab after signing in with your TeamViewer account.
📌Please make sure to use the same account credentials on signing in on the local device and the Grant Easy Access settings on the remote device.
Once you could confirm the remote device entry, a remote session can be established by double-clicking the device.
