TV stops by itself after 15 minutes

Hello, I am using TeamViewer with 2 phones. The controllER phone, many times, shows me a little message '' not enough memory '' but the session continues. After 15 minutes or something so, the session is stopped by itself and the controller phone is back on the TeamViewer app menu while the controlled device IS NOT on QuickSupport menu, it just continues its way. I need to work for many hours straight with TeamViewer, and I cannot restart the session every 15 minutes ... Please help me :((
