Wake-On-Lan Help
Hello there,
I've been using TeamViewer from several years from now and it's been helping me a lot. So thanks for that.
But after a -very- long time searching around, I couldn't find any solution about the WOL setup.
I can see that there is a useless manual that doesn't help anyone. Lots of posts without answer of users stacked on the same stage. Is it too much to ask for a complete walk through for the WOL / Public Access feature?
In my particular case, as I enter my IP and port, it's says it's invalid data. I read somewhere that IPs starting with 192 aren't allowed. Shouldn't the manual mention this and offer a solution?
It's awful to said, but I found a random app that actually worked on the first attempt and I can start my computer remotely, but I strongly prefer using the same -and safe- app for the whole process of remote management. Some other users found a solution using a third-party software named no-ip. Because here there's no one giving any solution.
Please, help the bunch of users that can't move forward on this matter. There are posts from 2018 till date that are still without any solution nor response.
