Help getting credit for being signed up three times at $923

this has been the most frustrating and confusing thing I’ve ever done I have a free TeamViewer account but I wanted to go ahead and go to premium and pay the [removed per Community Guidelines]. I’ve tried to sign up and see if it would update my current account it just keeps taking me in circles and now I fear that I have paid for this three times and still don’t have what they’re asking for it once a security code not an access code but a security code so no matter how I try to get into my account I have the correct username and password but it will not let me get past that point and I have been billed 963.00 as of now but do not have any access even my free account I can’t get into it anymore. I had to come up with a fake username just to try to get into this knowledge base because I could not get past the login screen so I’m just hoping this is not a scam or they’re not letting you contact them I know team viewer has been around but it’s just got me worried since there’s no way to contact anybody

please advise if anyone happens to know what they’re talking about for a security code that is six digits long.

    As you said that you are not taking any progress signing in with your TeamViewer account, I assume that this is caused by account validation.

    Could you check our knowledge article below and confirm you have done the account validation, please?
