I am trying to view (and preferably control) an HP Chromebook X2 with both a Windows 10 and a Galaxy S10e. Both of these are controlling a Jitterbug Smart 3 android phone without difficulty. However I have been unsuccessful in viewing the Chromebook's screen.

The X2 is running the android QuickSupport app. HP lists the android support of the X2 as stable. i have not had problems with other android apps.

The Chromebook app starts. It gives me an ID. When I run TeamViewer host on the Win10 and ask to connect to the correct ID, the chromebook ask for permission to connect. It then goes to the Share your entire screen box. But the share button never becomes active. The win 10 says "connecting to xxx xxx xxx... Nothing further happens. What settings do I need to change to get a connection.
