I just got my mother in law a new computer and need to help her from time to time. I went to download Teamviewer onto her computer and it told me I had to the App instead. I do not get the same screens that I did before. When I tried to load the regular version it told me I had to take the computer out of "Safe Mode". Is that the only way it will work?
