we are a company of 20+ traders and want to use your product.
for the past 3 months we are on trial mode because there are things that does not work, and we do not get any reply from support.
I would like to file an official complain about the sale representative and about the overall service we got till now.
for a big company like TeamViewer, I would have expected better service to companies that want to use your commercial product.
answers we got, while begging for help are -
- you are on low priority as you are not paying client! (how can I be one, if there are problem with your solution, and no one is willing to help?)
- holidays period, nothing to do... (3 months ago, there was not holiday period)
- your problems are not my problems (sales), its the support, you have no reason to contact me! (we are in a stage, where the sales need to make sure we are happy, this is exactly why the sales are there)
anyway, please let up know who can we talk to, as we really looking for a better sales and support experience, in order to continue and pay for your product.
