QNap TS-873
1st: I can't find the right category to place the question / posting:
I have installed Teamviewer on my QNap TS-873. I have added the machine like described: navigate to your "Computers and Contacts" tab, and add it by using the "Nearby contacts and devices" function. The machine appears to be active in the list, fine. But connecting to it is impossible due to an error: authentication declined (I have translated, I am using a German client).
What can I do or check to resolve the problem? I am using a tensor basic account.

As a start, I would recommend reinstalling TeamViewer on the devices (local and remote) and see if it works.
If it is still not working, I recommend opening a ticket and attach the logs file to it.
Our engineers will be able to have a closer look at the issue.

it was the problem of the assignment of my account. I have newly assigned my account to the device. TV is running on my qnap, now.
