Key commands don't work in teamviewer/parsec, but work in remote desktop

I'm going from Macbook pro to Windows. I'm trying to use pro tools and use certain key commands, but they are not working on the windows computer that is hosting. I got keytweak up (nothing is remapped), and most of the key numbers when pressed do not line up to the normal keyboard. When I have the onscreen keyboard up, some of them work but non of the letters are working, but I can type normally. It works in microsoft remote desktop, but does not work with any 3rd party program such as parsec or teamviewer. Not sure if there is something else I am missing here. Thanks, any help is appreciated!

@Sajjidkhan1 'certain key commands'… which ones? MS RDC will remap some common Mac commands to Win, Cmd/c, x, v etc but not all of them
