Why is one of my devices shown as "offline"?

One of my devices is shown as offline and I have tried many things to fix this. I have tried reinstall, as well as a full clean reinstall of the program (restarting after uninstall and then again after reinstall). That did not work and I have a another laptop with TeamViewer on it as well, and it works fine establishing connections to and from it. I can connect to other devices from this one, however, the option to connect to this one is simply greyed out and I can't connect *to* it.

I have a Lenovo Y920 running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, and the program release is 15.25.8.

If anyone could help me I would seriously appreciate it!!!👍👍👍

    Hi @ER1219 ,

Welcome to our Community and thanks for bringing attention to this question!

Please check if the partner device is turned on and with internet access.

We also recommend using TeamViewer's newest version on both sides of the connection.

Let us know how it goes, and if you need any further help. 🙋‍♀️

    Best, Carol
