I am trying to setup my new office PC and it wont let me de-activate any of the existing licences so I can login to my TeamViewer account to remote manager the PC's on the network that I manage. I think it might be something to do with the limit and I know I can have it on 3 devices, but for someone reason it kept logging me out of the installation I have had home, so I think that might be the reason I have run out. I need it on my office PC, home laptop and phone.
How can I go out getting this corrected or am I basically stuck with having to upgrade to a premium licence? (which I wont need if I can get this sorted out)
My next issue is that I am apparently not activated to use the customer portal and I cant active it as I was never given an invoice number, I bought the licence through my IT reseller using a PO and was just given an activation link which I clicked on to activate it.
How **bleep** am I?
